Care even on the Holidays!

I just want to post a reply about my membership with gamecolony.com. I have been a member for quite awhile now and have had many run-ins with gamecolony.com staff. Every time they are fast and friendly, but that isn't my concern. One holiday, I was playing and had a technical concern with a game. I notified gamecolony staff and figured that it would be until the next business day for them to get back to me. IT WASN'T! Within ten minutes, my concerns were addressed and fixed. My banking can't even do that. I appreciated this soo much and thought that everyone should be a part of this around the clock service.
